About Level 29, Chifley Tower

Chifley Tower is a prestigious sky-scraper positioned in the heart of the Sydney’s financial services and legal district.

Designed by New York architects Kohn Pederson Fox, Chifley Tower’s design echoes the romantic stylism of art deco masterpieces such as the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings. Construction started in 1989 and the building opened in 1992.

One of the most advanced commercial office developments in Australia, Chifley Tower has over 80,000m2 of floor area. The building is an all-steel structure, with the north-facing glass sail feature embodying the city of Sydney.

Chifley Tower has implemented a number of sustainability initiatives, and currently has a 4.5 star NABERS Energy rating and 3.5 star NABERS Water rating.

The Chifley complex includes Sydney’s most exclusive retail arcade - with over 30 retailers, a food court, and cafes operating from early breakfast to late afternoon. The onsite award winning restaurant (Azuma) is the perfect setting for a business lunch.

Designed to sit in harmony with its surroundings, Chifley Tower’s floor to ceiling windows showcase sweeping harbour and city views.  It is a stroll to the Domain, the Botanic Gardens, Martin Place, the Sydney Opera House and a myriad of Sydney's attractions and business focal points.

Building occupants include Blackrock, BT Financial Group, DBS Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Equities First, Korea Exchange Bank, Risk Capital, Morgan Stanley, Seyfarth Shaw, JLL Management, and Hays.

On-site facilities includes a 5-level carpark, full-service building concierge, lock up bike facilities, and a 24/7 onsite security team.
