Level 27 features floral themed works of art by renowned artist Evan Mackley. Born in Victoria in 1940, Evan Mackley worked as a dealer in antiques and art, and as a restaurateur before turning to full time oil painting. Mackley established his naïve-impressionist style in 1966 and paints subjects such as flowers, animals, sporting events and landscapes. The rich multi-coloured oil paintings bring a lively ambiance to the floor.
